Therefore, generally speaking, the material of cutter head mostly refers to the material of moving knife. The hardness of steel knife is Vickers hv700, and the hardness of ceramic knife is hv1100. The higher the hardness, the sharper the value, and the easier to use.

Stainless steel cutter head: relatively wear-resistant and fall resistant. However, pay attention to maintenance after use. Wipe the water dry. It's best to wipe some oil, otherwise it's easy to rust.

Ceramic cutter head: strong shear force, not easy to rust, almost no heat during operation, small wear and durability. The noise is low at work, but you can't fall because it's ceramic.

Titanium alloy: titanium alloy itself contains little titanium, because if there is more titanium, the cutter head will not be sharp. Although it is heat-resistant and durable, the price is relatively high.
